Firstly thank you for letting me join!

I have just ordered a Keyduino from Elecrow and am very excited about receiving it in the next week or so.

I have an NFC chip implanted under the skin on my hand and will be using the Keyduino for various projects including a door lock for my house.

Again thank you for having me, where are all you guys/girls from, do any of you have NFC implants?

Russ

Hi Russ, welcome on the forum!
We already have a project from a guy with a NFC chip implant but sadly it seem that the one he use have a really poor antenna and it was quitte difficult to have a good reading range.
Here is the post: http://forum.biohack.me/discussion/1821/anyone-have-any-experience-with-custom-antennas-for-the-xnt-implants/p1

Have you any information about your implant? it will be interested to design a new deported antenna if you have any issue with the current design Wink.

Personnaly, I use a NFC ring made by John Mclear (http://nfcring.com/), the latest version works great with the keyduino.

I do have an xNT tag – 13.56MHz ISO14443A & NFC Type 2 NTAG216 chip however I have made sure it is very close to the surface of the skin. I have had no problems reading the information from my Galaxy S7. As soon as I receive the Keyduino I will begin testing with the included external ariel.
